LiorMods (liormods.com) is an independent project that makes free mods for GTA San Andreas. We're responsible for the information described here. For anything about it, write to hey@liormods.com or use the contact page.

When you write to us through the contact form: your email, your message, the topic, and, only if you choose to add them, details for a bug report (mod, game version, Windows version, music player, and a log file you paste).

When you join the new-mods list: your email. We send one email asking you to confirm, and you're added only after you do.

When you agree to statistics cookies: how the site is used (pages, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location), through Google Analytics. Without your consent it doesn't set cookies.

Anonymous counts, for everyone: when you arrive on the site or download a mod, we record the page or file, the site that sent you, your country and city, your internet provider, and your device type. Your IP address isn't stored; instead we keep a code made from it that changes every day and can't be turned back into the address. It lets us count people instead of clicks, and filter out bots. No cookies are used for this.

That's all. No account, no name, no phone number. Downloading a mod needs nothing from you. Everything above is voluntary; without an email we simply can't answer you or tell you about new mods.

Answering your message: you wrote to us and asked for a reply (our legitimate interest in answering you).

The new-mods list: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from any email.

Statistics: your consent, given in the cookie banner and changeable at any time.

Keeping the site secure and working: our legitimate interest.

We never sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we don't add contact-form emails to any mailing list.

The site runs on services that process data on our behalf. Some of them may store it outside your country, under their own data protection terms:

Base44 hosts the site and stores contact-form messages and the new-mods list.

Microsoft 365 runs our mailbox, hey@liormods.com, which sends the list's emails and receives your messages.

Google Analytics measures visits, only if you agree.

Base44 also counts which pages are viewed. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.

Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks. Like any web server, it sees your IP address and browser details.

Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which sees your IP address.

Messages: as long as we need them to deal with what you wrote. The new-mods list: until you unsubscribe. Statistics: Google Analytics keeps them for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

The site sets no cookies of its own for advertising or tracking. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only if you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw any consent you gave. Write to hey@liormods.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
