Guide Page on LiorMods. LiorMods: free GTA San Andreas mods for PC that feel like they shipped.
LiorMods makes free mods for GTA San Andreas (version 1.0 US) and GTA V (Legacy edition, Story Mode) on PC, built to feel like they shipped with the game. English and Hebrew.
The 2024 Kia Picanto GT-Line for GTA V PC (v1.0, free): an add-on car spawned by model name (picanto24) plus an optional traffic version in place of the Dilettante. The real car's LED lights mapped from night photos, opening doors, tailgate and bonnet, full damage on GTA V's crash structure, 8 colours of the real Picanto range, and two licence plates (LiorMods or Israeli). One folder with Lenny's Mod Loader. Based on the 3D model by Ddiaz Design, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Tel Aviv's Autotel car-sharing Kia Picanto for GTA V PC (v1.0, free): add-on model autotel plus an optional traffic version. The full Autotel livery with sharp stickers, an Israeli plate, and everything from the LiorMods Picanto for GTA V. Not affiliated with Autotel.
K-YOU (v0.5.2, beta, free) turns the game's User Track Player into a live radio station for the music player running on your PC: Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, a browser tab or any player in Windows' media controls. No more copying MP3 files into the User Tracks folder, and no more Spotify playing in the background over menus, cutscenes and missions: it behaves like a real in-game station. No login, no account, no Spotify Premium. Tune in and the game's own radio goes quiet; leave the car, open the menu or Alt+Tab and the music pauses, then resumes at the same second. Song names appear under the station name in any language. The music dips while characters talk. Keys: ] next, [ previous, ' play/pause, - and = volume. Police cars and other emergency vehicles: quiet like the game, or K-YOU keeps playing (a setting). It is one readable Lua file that runs on MoonLoader; it needs an ASI loader and, on some PCs, the DirectX 9 runtime. Developed and tested on Windows 11.
Tel Aviv's Azrieli Center for GTA San Andreas PC (v1.0, free), replacing the Verona Mall: the three towers with lit offices at night, the mall with the real brand signs, a working underground car park with Israeli-style barriers, traffic and police, people on the plazas and Tel Aviv street signs. Needs Mod Loader and CLEO 4. Building outlines from OpenStreetMap (ODbL). Fan-made, not affiliated with Azrieli Group.
The Kia Picanto 2024 in the full livery of Autotel, Tel Aviv's car-sharing service, for GTA San Andreas PC (v1.0, free), replacing the Manana: the real livery redrawn as clean artwork, stripes over the roof, sharp stickers up close, an Israeli plate, plus the Picanto's LED lights, opening doors and full damage. Based on the 3D model by Ddiaz Design, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Not affiliated with Autotel.
The 2022 Kia Ceed Sportswagon GT-Line (the facelift with the new Kia logo) for GTA San Andreas PC (v1.0, free), replacing the Stratum: LED lights, brake lights, four opening doors, tailgate and bonnet, full damage with cracking glass, a detailed interior, and two licence plates in one download (LiorMods or Israeli). Based on the 3D model by Ddiaz Design, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
